Terms of Service

What we agree on: what the service does, what the studio does, whose data it is and whose money.

Last updated 2026-09-04

What this is

StudioBook is a service that helps a studio take bookings: a booking page, a cabinet, letters to clients, a calendar, and payments. Operated by PROSTUDIO1 LLC, 2021 Tyler St, Suite #208B, Hollywood, FL 33020, USA. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Your account

An account is for running a studio. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what your team does in the cabinet. The details you register with must be real: letters to clients go out under them, and clients find the studio by them.

Money

The studio provides the service, not us: the shoot itself, its price, rescheduling and refunds are between the studio and its client. Card payments run through Stripe straight to the studio’s own account; we do not hold your money and take no percentage of it. Stripe charges its own processing fee.

Beta

The service is in beta and free for now. We are still building it: things change, and things can break. If we introduce a charge we will say so in advance — no less than 30 days.

Your data stays yours

Your clients, bookings, amounts and photographs belong to the studio. We do not use them for advertising, do not sell them, and do not pass them to other studios. You can export your clients and bookings from the cabinet at any time. When an account is closed we delete the data — see the Privacy Policy.

What you may not do

Send letters through the service to people who did not ask for them; pass yourself off as another studio or another person; publish photographs you have no right to; try to reach another studio’s data or interfere with the service. Any of these can cost you the account.

Ending it

You can leave whenever you like — write to prostudio1.llc@gmail.com and we will close the account and delete the data. We may close an account that breaks these terms; if the service shuts down altogether we will give at least 30 days’ notice and time to export everything.

No warranties

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and to lose nothing, and we keep backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We are not liable for lost profit or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to what you have paid us over the last 12 months — which, in beta, is nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, USA.
